Jameela Home Spa is a premier home wellness service offering luxurious, personalized massages and holistic therapies at the comfort of your home. We are a part of Jameela Home Spa, registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, and our operations are based in Al Rigga, Dubai, UAE.

Platform and Services

Our platform allows you to easily request and book a therapist for a variety of wellness services, including massage therapy, facials, and more. The following terms govern your use of our website and services.

Definitions

• Booking: An accepted request for a massage or wellness service.
• Therapist: A professional authorized by Jameela Home Spa to provide wellness services.
• Massage Fee: The amount charged for the service, including any applicable taxes.
• Platform: The website and mobile app enabling users to book services.
• Service Area: The locations where we operate, primarily in Dubai and surrounding areas.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. Jameela Home Spa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes.

Booking and Payment

When you request a service, the Platform will confirm your booking and charge the agreed-upon Massage Fee. This fee includes taxes and is based on the type and duration of the service. Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. In case a booking cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be processed promptly.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a booking for a full refund up to 4 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Service Quality and Safety

All of our services are designed to be therapeutic and relaxing. Any inappropriate behavior or requests, including those of a sexual nature, will result in immediate termination of the service and suspension of your account. Safety is our top priority, and our therapists reserve the right to decline service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

Privacy

We value your privacy and take necessary steps to protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your personal data will be used for communication and service purposes only, and may be shared with our therapists to facilitate your booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Jameela Home Spa and cannot be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Jameela Home Spa harmless from any loss, damage, or liability arising from your use of the Platform, including any breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jameela Home Spa is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the Platform or services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
